Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up mess. The top robot vacuums and mops I've tested have top-notch mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combo. It has the latest features. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface that comes with a mini-map of your home as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another notable feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
It has a variety of other features that are smart also, including an alternative dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop without requiring refilling it manually. You can also use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that can mop, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with mops, but is priced at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves establishing an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've completed this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop with ease.
It is important to note that mapping takes quite a while and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally, object detection can be hit or miss and it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip its back to release itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need a cleaning companion that does all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned and not just swept. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that allows you to get into places that robot vacuums can't.
The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional intelligent features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home and offer an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you modify various settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from circulating. sneak a peek at these guys is long enough to handle large spaces without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for carpets and hard floors and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly sprayed with water to collect dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided steps and walked close to walls without crashing. However, it struggled with finely engrained debris and was not always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be less of a set-and-forget model than others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with an established schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all of its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot vacuums/mowers available, and offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This is a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates intelligent carpet detection, which lifts the pads up when they're close to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them.
The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops, then refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station comes with an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust and allows for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy. It can also reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it knows what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.
It also has some outstanding standout features, including an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can get to places that other mops don't. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to save time. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the extra money for Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this robot is an excellent option. It has a wide range of features like self-emptying dustbins and the water refill dock, and adjustable settings within the app. It's extremely quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up knots in the rug and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've test.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't score quite as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It also offers a variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for rooms with carpet. It can even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in smaller spaces. It's very quiet and fast and is a great choice for navigating tight spots. It is also very good at removing pet hair off carpets.
It's smaller than many of its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it is able to take a photo of every object it picks up (i.e. chew toys,, socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and not tied to you account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not so good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
